When you transition to our intake process, providers kickstart immediate data analysis right from the initial evaluation.
Our RAPID-RESPONSE VIRTUAL PLATFORM swiftly cross-references symptoms and patient data with the CPT/ICD medical codex. This ensures clarity on every necessary lab test for billing purposes, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.

Medical Necessity Evaluation: Determine medical necessity for 298+ labs available on the Rapid Response Diagnostic Platform. Receive a detailed report that can be included with your encounter form submissions for reimbursement.
LAB ORDERING MEDICAL NECESSITY + E&M DIAGNOSTIC RETURN DATA
Once a patient has filled out the digital intake you are given immediate access to medical necessity plus CPT/ICDs for ordering 298+ potential labs. You will know what labs to run and their exact profitability.
After the labs are conducted, data is sent back to the RAPID-RESPONSE VIRTUAL PLATFORM for result analysis. This process provides evaluations on E&M medical necessity and ICD qualifications, as well as profitability insights for further patient assessment. Additionally, it generates a report that can be submitted along with encounter forms for billing purposes.
18 MO CONTRACT PRACTICES ON OUR PROGRAMS HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
2 full-time providers and 3 full-time credentialed staff (the third can be a Nurse, LMP, etc.)
A minimum average of 25 patients per day over the last 12 months. (Some flexibility here.)
Commitment to scale to 50 patients a day in the first 6 months.
Willingness to develop the support staff for a minimum of 75 patients a day within the first 2 years.

$995 Starting Cost for Rapid-Response Medical Center(Includes Marketing) Minimum 18-Month Contract
Operate as an extension of the partner laboratory.
Partner Laboratory will provide all required Reagents.
Partner Laboratory purchases and maintains Lab equipment.
Partner Laboratory manages all LAB reimbursements.
Access E&M code calculations from lab data for optimized billing.
If you already have a RALS license you can extend that for your practice partner. Or if you don’t have one we can help you get that.
Adhere to per transaction costs at the standard $15 per stat result.
OFFERING FULL INTEGRATION INTO THE
RALS MIDDLEWARE PLATFORM
Our 2024 plans are to work with laboratories that have a RALS license or are planning to get a RALS license.
